Lustre Products Ltd. is a local Chilliwack, BC manufacturer and supplier of high-end elevator and escalator parts worldwide. We are currently looking to fill the role of Manufacturing Labourer. We Want You To:

• Have a high degree of mechanical inclination, focusing on accuracy and an eye for quality and detail.
• Have 1-3 years of experience operating hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other manufacturing and production machinery and equipment (considered an asset).
• Be capable of safely lifting up to 50-70 lbs and willing to perform repetitive tasks, including pushing and pulling, while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Handle inventory with care and attention to detail, conduct inspections for defective items per company policy to ensure quality and uniformity, resolve any identified problems, and/or alert supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Have a solid work ethic, be reliable, self-motivated, and effectively manage your pace to meet targets and objectives.
• Communicate, collaborate, and problem-solve well within teams.
• As a safety precaution, fluency in English is a must.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $21.50 per hour to start
