L'équipe des programmes de vente au détail ASM Advantage recrute actuellement un marchandiseur - à temps partiel (PT) pour l'exécution du regarnissage de produits cosmétiques.

  • Regarnissage cosmétique
  • Implantation du planogramme schématique avec tous les produits étiquetés et approuves par la direction du magasin.
  • Rénovations/déménagements de nouveaux magasins
  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec la direction du magasin
  • Réapprovisionnement des produits
  • Rapports en ligne

Pouvez-vous répondre à ces exigences ?

  • Expérience en planogramme souhaitée : Formation disponible.
  • Exigences physiques : rester debout/être debout jusqu'à 8 h et être capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 lbs et plus.
  • Capacité à lire et à suivre des planogrammes et à assembler des agencements et des présentoirs de magasin.
  • Expérience en marchandisage de placement de produits (une expérience cosmétique est un atout).
  • Transport fiable
  • Être Organisé et soucieux du détail.
  • être Proactif, capable de résoudre les problèmes et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et engagement à respecter des délais serrés.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante ou avec d'autres marchandiseurs.
  • Être confortable à travailler avec un téléphone intelligent.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Merchandiser is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure Client standards are met and volume is increased.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building cosmetic walls and displays using planograms
  • Planogram maintenance and compliance
  • The execution of merchandising requests
  • Seasonal and/or department resets
  • New store renovations/relocations
  • Electronic reporting

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports

Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

  • Travel and/or driving may be required for this job. Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle, unless they are working in an area with public transit.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

1 year merchandising experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Have merchandising, cosmetic or grocery experience
  • Be able to read and follow planograms and assemble store fixtures and displays
  • Be organized and detail oriented
  • Be a proactive, good problem solver, and possess excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent time management skills and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines
  • Incumbent must have general computer and Internet skills

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Field / Reps Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
