As a Marina Dealership Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will play a key role in managing phone calls, greeting guests, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about products, services, and dealership promotions to callers and visitors.
- Manage appointment schedules for sales, service, and other dealership departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phones and computers.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
