Principal Responsabilities:
- Build an overall regional & global strategy to reach division goals for sales and margins in the region for exploration consumables.
- Assist Customer Center Business Line Managers and Regional Manager Exploration in building a local sales & marketing strategy for each market.
- Act as a facilitator between the Epiroc Surface Division product company and the Customer Centers to enable a smooth business process, providing technical information and pricing related to exploration consumables.
- Help developing the Marketing and communications strategy for the region, including recommendations for product and distribution channels.
- Review financial performance of Customer Centers and participate in Business Review Meetings.
- Communicate product and business-related information between the product company and the customer centers.
- Analyze forecast input from the region and give input to supply chain (participle to S&OP monthly meetings).
- Assist Customer Centers in closing business through tradeshows, field visits and hosting of customer visits to the factory.
- Track competitive activity in the regions and compile market share information globally.
- Play an active role in Exploration branch globally, build a network with industry influencers, experts and customers.
- Develop strategy for key accounts, develop relationship with decision makers, and build price lists.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key customers throughout the regions, in close cooperation with local CCs, RMEs and KAM.
- Assist the Credit team with receivables.
- Prepare reports on activities, new opportunities, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate and get involved in maintaining the right level of inventory.
- Look for the synergies in growing market share and customers grip packing together capital with consumables business.
- Organize trainings to fill the gaps and build competencies and support planning technical trips.
- Together with Product Managers PLM work on Product Segmentation and new product development.
- Contribute to a working environment with high motivation level.
- Propose and participate to potential acquisitions.
