- Responsible to execute effective marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities that drive new client acquisition & conversion
- Develop, establishand maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Manage budgets (production, media purchasing, promotional events, PR) for each show under your responsibility
- Develop and manage partnerships (agency, media, promoter and theater)
- Define and establish contacts with local media and marketing partners, including city contacts, site owners, tourism offices ect for each show under your responsibility and the maintenance of this network
- Act as a liaise and form strong relationships between the various external marketing teams as well as internal Cirque du Soleil departments (PR, Sales, Digital, Box Office)
- Be responsible for all aspects of invoicing.
- Establish sales curves
- An ability to identify weakness in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions and brainstorm ideas
- An overall understanding and accountability for the market under your supervision
- An eagerness, willingness to learn and overall “can do” attitude to support all aspects of marketing in ensuing the success of the Marketing team and the campaigns
- University degree in marketing and/or communications
- Minimum of fiveyears relevant experience in marketing, advertising, and market launches and brand management.

- Requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, considerable knowledge of developing marketing plans and strategies, strong budget knowledge and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Must be able to self-reliant and autonomous.
