About the Role

To support the success of our growing client base, we have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Marketing Client Success Coordinator. We will also consider this role at a more junior or senior level for the right candidate. This role will be a part-time or full-time contract position, with a flexible hybrid of working remotely and collaborating in-person with the rest of our team and clients as needed.

You will use your creativity, organization and communication skills to plan, manage and contribute to the delivery of a wide range of marketing services and projects for our clients, including branding, digital media, content creation, and much more. You’ll also help maintain and develop relationships with the clients that you work with.

What You Bring to Our Team

Are you a marketing professional with experience developing and executing compelling marketing programs and campaigns to assist clients with their growth plans?   • Experience in a professional marketing role (2+ years minimum; agency and/or B2B experience is a strong asset)
  • Experience supporting client account and relationship management (direct client-facing experience is a strong asset)
  • Experience coordinating marketing projects, including contributions from graphic designers, writers, developers, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fully fluent in English
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to hold yourself accountable (with the support of a great team of course)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency in the Google suite of software (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc) is essential
  • Proficiency in or familiarity with CRM & Marketing Enablement SaaS systems such as HighLevel or HubSpot is a very strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite of software (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) is an asset
  • ClickUp project management software experience is an asset
  • Proposal and presentation support experience is an asset
  • Event planning and coordination experience is an asset
