Position Overview
The Marketing team works collaboratively with all lines of businesses within the organization, as well as supporting enterprise intiatives while actively supporting key business objectives to enhance employee engagement and capability while fostering a culture of respect, trust and integrity.
The Marketing Coordinator provides project management and administrative support to ensure Home Trust’s overall key marketing messages are communicated accurately, effectively and consistently to customer segments. This role coordinates the creation, development and day-to-day implementation of marketing tasks including digital and social marketing, marketing collateral, events and special projects and assists with marketing operations and sales support.
Position Responsibilities
- Support the creation of print and digital marketing material from planning to completion. Includes organizing and collecting information from stakeholders, daily monitoring of activities to ensure production timelines are met, collaborating with the core creative team, and monitoring and tracking the status of complex projects, utilizing Workfront, the project management tool
- Assist with building project timelines, maintaining schedules with production stakeholders (design, social, digital, events and marketing managers)
- Assist with invoicing for various marketing activities
- Assist with uploading and maintaining marketing and brand assets on internal company portal and sales and marketing collateral portal (Concierge)
- Provide support to the marketing team including: promotional material orders, production coordination, on-site marketing event support, and coordination of translation with vendors
- Support and contribute to various marketing campaigns, development of marketing collateral and web content
- Support monthly reconciliation of budget within marketing team
- Provide support with marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Reporting support, as required
- Coordinate with various freelancers and suppliers
- Track and follow up information requests related to marketing
- Miscellaneous research, administrative, and marketing activities as required
Post secondary degree or diploma required (University degree preferred) in Marketing or equivalent or Business or equivalent
Related Experience
- 2-3 years relevant experience required in marketing, advertising or communications
- Financial Services experience, specifically mortgages preferred
Time management, highly organized

Proven ability to proactively collaborate, take initiative, and creatively problem solve
