About the Role
Callahan Property Group Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will report to the Sr. Leasing Manager and be an integral part of the leasing team at our Kelowna office.
Your experience in marketing commercial leasing opportunities through developing and implementing marketing plans and materials; contributing to marketing strategies; conducting market research; planning events; and establishing brand awareness will make you an asset to the team, and a valued contributor to the achievement of the organization’s business goals.

What you will be responsible for
- Creating and maintaining leasing marketing materials and campaigns.
- Managing corporate wide brand standards and assets and promote brand.
- Maintaining company websites & social media platforms.
- Developing and implementing leasing marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research related to real estate and leasing.
- Reviewing tenant signage proposals to ensure visual building consistency.

About you
You have received a post-secondary education in Marketing and have three to five years’ marketing experience directly in the commercial real estate industry. A well rounded commercial real estate experience including office, industrial and retail is preferred.
Your skills & abilities include:
- Working knowledge of marketing, communications, and event coordination practices.
- Proficient in using technology; experience working with a Mac and Microsoft environment (Windows and Office), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator a must), WordPress, and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly and easily.
- Strong written and verbal communication and creative outlook.
- A self-starter, efficient and detail oriented to ensure accurate resources are available for review within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, tenants, and suppliers.
- Demonstrate initiative, high work ethic, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.
