Position Overview
Join Beedie Industrial’s fast-paced development division and play an integral role in the sales and marketing of all projects. The focus being on coordination and execution of collateral and project marketing campaigns. We are looking for an energetic marketing professional to join the commercial development sector and have direct exposure to significant transactions, new developments, and a wide range of marketing applications. This position will directly correspond with key Beedie business connections including brokers, consultants, vendors as well as external design and marketing firms. There is advancement potential for highly motivated individuals who excel in this position. Key Responsibilities
- Support with the implementation of Beedie brand standards across the organization
- Support with growing our industrial presence in all active markets in which Beedie operates in
- Coordinate, create and distribute email marketing campaigns through Spark
- Maintain Industrial CRM database and marketing lists
- Support with the creation of our online and print advertising creative
- Coordinate promotional material: internal and external brochures (print and digital), invitations, giveaways and apparel
- Coordinate project-specific marketing collateral: logos and brand standards, brochures, marketing plans, renderings, websites, videos etc.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Industrial segment of Beedie’s Corporate website
- Coordinate employee headshots and bios
- Assist with the coordination and activation of all Beedie Industrial events
- Manage and upkeep all Beedie Industrial sub-brand-specific collateral, ensuring consistency and quality across materials.
- Support the growth and management of multiple social media channels + coordinate posts across all divisions of the organization to fill our monthly content calendar + track KPIs specific to all Beedie Industrial social campaigns
- PO and contract creation in Yardi
- Monitor and track essential industrial metrics for accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Centralize tracking for all external requests to the Marketing team, optimizing resource allocation and workload management.
- Track new market trends specific to platforms, technologies (ai), and marketing tools

- Applicants must have excellent computer skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
