We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Latam Brand Marketing Team Lead, and who’ll be tasked with coordinating the marketing initiatives and projects for the brand in Brazil. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of planning and executing the projects that are part of the local strategy supporting the full marketing funnel campaign.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Deploy a full funnel 360º go to market plan, for a 12-month campaign in the region, coordinating the translation, adaptation and production of marketing materials (such as ads creatives, images, videos, catalogues and point of purchase materials)
Achieve the objective above by coordinating the initiatives below:
Media plan support and execution:
Paid Media and sponsorships (digital and off-line)
Earned Media (partnerships, influencers and PR)
Owned media (social organic, CRM and Website)
Corporate shows and events (trade shows, demo days, brand activations)
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
- Graduated in marketing or related areas, with minimum 7 years of full-time professional experience.
- Fluent or Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Advanced abilities for building presentations and spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to details and rigorous execution.
Preferred:
- Project management skills are a strong asset.
- Capacity to work under pressure and critical thinking ability.
- Ingenuity and creativity out of the box.
