We are looking for an experienced, seasoned Vice President of Operations or Chief Operating Officer to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business. This role is a key member of the senior management team.
Your job is to drive our team’s success by managing and launching a state-of-the-art technology platform, including the software development team and all of the operational functions.
In this role, you will foster and lead a world class product development team to deliver the best digital marketing experiences for the industry. You grey hair and wrinkles prove you have the battle scars of success with bringing software development projects to launch and financial success!
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities for our clients
· Implement marketing plans that include print and digital content
· Support the Creative and Business Intelligence teams by coordinating and collating content
· Support analytic and reporting systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
· Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
· Traffic campaign content to appropriate vendors
· Manage print and other vendors
· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
· Deepen partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors
· Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates
· Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
· Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resource
Skills and Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in marketing/communications or related (essential)
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
· 1+ years experience in content management, creative writing, marketing/advertising concepts
· Strong attention to detail
· High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
· Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
· Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
· Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude
· Proficiency in MS Office tools
· Proficiency in Social Media platforms

Salary: $33,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
