The Role:
We're in search of an Executive Assistant who is dynamic, organized, self starting and ready to face tasks head-on. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a teamwork-based environment and is looking to grow long-term with a company that values innovation, efficiency, and the legacy we collectively create.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support, adapting to both quiet and busy times, including readiness for the occasional evening call.
· Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations under any circumstances.
· Utilize various digital tools (Canva, Google Slides, Vimeo, etc.) to support team needs.
· Coordinate with & assist our bookkeeper to ensure an organized and proficient completion of bookkeeping tasks.
· Persistently coordinate with sales teams and recruits for timely information retrieval, ensuring seamless communication.
· Navigate a fast-paced work environment, managing tasks with prioritization.
· Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and pleasant work environment for the team.
· Liaise with staff, and suppliers to facilitate communication and project progression.
Qualifications:
· Must live in Kamloops and can work from our office, however, some work from home can be an option depending on the schedule requirements.(for brownie points, maybe mention that WFH can be an option some days)
· Flexible with hours, accommodating change of workloads and occasional evening calls.
· Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
· Exceptional organizational skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
· Proactive and self-motivated, capable of filling free time with productive tasks.
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
· Basic bookkeeping knowledge and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. QBO knowledge is a plus.
· Effective in managing communication with a diverse sales team.
· Comfortable in a high-energy environment, ability to multitask when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
