Intent of the process
Please note, that this position requires an on-site presence of three (3) days per week.
The immediate need is to fill one (1) indeterminate position in Agassiz, BC.
A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar permanent or temporary positions with different language and security requirements in research centers across Canada

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
- Secondary school diploma OR an employer approved alternative.
Degree equivalency
- Experience providing administrative support such as scheduling and managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
- Experience handling confidential, protected and sensitive material.
- Experience providing administrative support services related to financial and/or human resources.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

- Showing Initiative and Being Action Oriented
- Planning and organizing
- Ability to use reasoning skills to solve problems

- Experience formatting and editing documents such as correspondence or presentations
- Experience in coordinating conferences or meetings including hospitality, preparation and provision of minutes and strategic information
