About the Role
We're searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to execute high-level administrative tasks and manage projects for our Chief of Staff. This team member will have the power and responsibility to make sure that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly.
Here are the primary components of our Executive Assistant role:
- Eliminating Bottlenecks: Gate-keeping and monitoring the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the Chief of Staff and other relevant departments such as Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
- Project Management: Aiding in and ultimately ensuring the timely completion of creative projects.
- Administrative Management: Managing logistics, meetings, and emails throughout the day for the Chief of Staff.
Ideal Candidate
- This person will excel at executing tasks and daily operations, including inbox and calendar management, and planning travel for the Chief of Staff. They should also be comfortable attending meetings for the Chief of Staff, taking notes, and leading strategic planning when required.
- This team member will own the Chief of Staff's day-to-day responsibilities, interact with colleagues, and identify any issues that may arise.
- They will be responsible for filtering key information as it gets shared throughout Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success.
Experience and Qualifications
- Required: 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Required: 2+ years of experience in business operations (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferred time zone: Eastern
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Incredible communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like G-Suite, Excel (or Sheets), Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- A proven track record in your ability to get things done

- Salary range: $81,000 - $95,000 CAD
