Marketing/Copy & Content Creation For Real Estate

Looking for a Marketing/Copy & Content Creationfor Real Estate for our Busy Downtown Real Estate Office and Property Management Company. Prior experience working in a Real Estate Industry and Graphic Design is mandatory. Please DO NOT Apply if you do not have prior experience. MUST BE LOCATED IN TORONTO.

We are looking for someone to manage and oversee the marketing of the company with a focus on strong social media and online presence for our company with a simple but consistent message throughout all media platforms. Someone that can design and execute an entire marketing strategy for our company and overhaul our branding, create print marketing, website, video and digital content.

• Experience with Corporate Branding
• Experience with YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, MailChimp, Adobe Suites, etc.
• Must have a design or artistic background
• Must have a good eye for design and attention to details.
• Management experience with designers, copy writers etc.
• Experience using social media advertising, paid online advertising and print advertising.
• Have previously developed an entire brand strategy from start to finish.
• Have previously run marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Designed and executed their marketing strategy for an organization with successful results hitting their marketing objectives.
• Set up a consistent marketing campaign for our listings, buyers, new construction, assignments, and property management. Past client retention systems.
• Able to increase brand awareness and market share for our office.
• Developing and managing the marketing departments budget
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
• Overseeing and completing branding, advertising, promotional campaigns.
• Responsible for the production and implementation of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns which include both digital and soft print
• Create Buyer/Seller Packages
• Create Marketing Packages, Feature Sheets, Flyers, Open House Signs
• Efficient response to requests and emails from Clients
• Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization is Preferred
• Responsible for all event planning (e.g. seminars, workshops, client appreciation nights)
• Design and execute on our Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to engage audience and deliver targeted contents to target customers
• Create monthly digital and print newsletters
• Coordinate mass mail delivery with Canada Post
• Prior Experience with Mail Chimp is Preferred
• Play a significant role in company website design and online Marketing Campaign
• Ability to Prioritize Projects and Work Efficiently Under Pressure with Careful Attention to Detail
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Ability to work independently with a great deal of initiative.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Must be flexible, able to pivot ideas and execution strategies readily within a fast paced and dynamic industry which is highly saturated.
• Must be able to outsource jobs to connections such as photographers, graphic designers, videographers etc. for social media content.
