Your days will include:

• Support the Maintenance Department in reducing downtime and executing work orders
• Assist the Procurement Team with data entry, clerical tasks, and special-order coordination
• Perform data entry in the Microsoft GP system for expense documentation and control
• Receive and organize materials in proper bin locations. And scan items out of the store
• Conduct verification, cycle counts, and assist in variance investigations
• Maintain high-level customer service, complete reports, and provide relevant personnel support
• General Shift 6:00 AM -3:00PM Monday – Friday

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Grade 12 Education or equivalent
• Computer literate, strong Microsoft Office skills necessary
• Accounting and data entry experience are assets
• Mechanical aptitude and/or parts store experience are assets
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate motorized equipment such as telehandler, shunt truck, and high-rise
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
