Your duties :
We are looking for a Project Engineer for a manufacturing company (energy and special machines) located in Mirabel. Position 40 hours per week, permanent contract - On-site
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Manage special machine design projects (air handling)
- Coordinate in-house technical teams to match designs with customer requirements
- Act as the company's technical representative to the customer (liaising with engineers, subcontractors and management)
- Review design plans and participate in the search for technical solutions (Autocad)
- Advise, guide and support the customer from estimation to acceptance of the machine or overall system required.
- Other related tasks
Your professional skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize your work
- ability to make suggestions and be creative
Your profile :
- Bachelor's degree in building mechanical engineering or similar diploma
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, CPI at least
- 1 to 5 years' experience in technical project management with a mechanical focus
- Bilingual French - Good level of English
- Salary: To be defined according to experience
