Mechanical Sweeper (DZ)/ Bobcat Sweeper

Job Summary:

Mechanical Sweeper operators will be responsible for operating a variety of street sweepers, small construction equipment and perform general labour duties in a safe and timely manner. Cooperation with the Site Supervisor, crew and third parties is necessary to ensure satisfactory completion of construction work.
Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:

 Good attention to detail as the machinery has quite a few different moving parts in play all at once.
 Participate as an active member of our safety culture and safety program.
 Work with an enthusiastic attitude to contribute to a positive work environment
 Work with field, shop and office personnel to complete work in efficient and productive manner while maintaining adaptability and flexibility.
 Uphold strong integrity of company equipment, tools and vehicles.
 Operate mechanical, vacuum and Bobcat street sweepers for street cleaning and road maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

 DZ Licence
 Previous experience in a road construction environment is required

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
