Medical Administrative Assistant

Barrie Fertility has a need for an organized, reliable Medical Administrative Assistant. This important position will ensure our clinics smooth operation through accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner. The successful candidate will support day to day operations and ensure high quality customer service for our patients. With the need to perform various tasks on a daily basis, multitasking and prioritizing will be essential. Strong communication + team-working skills will also be required in dealing with our patients and fellow employees.

Highly desired assets include 2+ years of Medical Administrative Experience, knowledge of Accuro, and a Medical Administration diploma.

Hours of commitment will be Monday – Friday 7am -3pm.

Barrie Fertility is a private clinic located in Suite 201 at 1 Quarry Ridge Road in Barrie. We are committed to helping patients become pregnant and create families while maintaining health and well-being. Barrie Fertility is a satellite monitoring clinic of Trio Fertility, located in downtown Toronto. Patients of Trio have access to monitoring in the Barrie region while pursuing IVF.
