Medical Office Administrator

Responsibilties:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Schedule appointments and manage calender
• Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional matter
• Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
• General office duties as necessary

Skills:

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Experience with Accuro or MedAccess preferred
• Experience working in a Medical Office preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Looking for a mature, friendly Medical Office Assisstant who has previous experience working in a medical setting. This job involves answering phones, arranging appointments, faxing, filing and working with medical software (EMR, ACCURO).

Must be a team player, organized, punctual, reliable and friendly. COVID-19 vaccinated.

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
