Member Services Concierge & Receptionist

Our staff is what truly makes Westmount Golf & Country Club a premier private club. All our staff provide exemplary service for our members and their guests. In order to be a premier private club, we require skilled and motivated staff.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated part-time, seasonal, Member Services Concierge & Receptionist to join our team! The Member Services Concierge & Receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive environment for members and guests in a professional manner when they arrive at the club.

General responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome members, their guests and club visitors to Westmount Golf & Country Club
• Provide an exceptional experience for every person that enters Westmount by anticipating needs and creating a positive rapport
• Responsible for answering phones, directing calls and managing email inquiries
• Be knowledgeable about all Westmount activities and offerings and be able to take care of member needs such as booking table reservations for dining, registration for events or make suggestions based on the member needs
• Answer and attend to calls that may include questions about activities, dining, events or general inquiries
• Prepare and ensure daily events signage is accurate
• Frequent cleanliness checks of member areas
• Other related duties and assignments as required

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Previous experience in the private club or hotel industry is desirable
• Proven experience in a guest relations role would be considered an asset
• Strong desire to provide exceptional service
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Well organized and able to multi-task
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to work during late afternoons and evenings Monday-Friday and open availability on the weekends into the early evening
