Your Role:
A Member Services Representative (MSR) is responsible for providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.
Job Summary:
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
- Always maintain a positive and professional disposition.
- Ensure all secure check in procedures are always implemented.
Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
