Candidates must be very friendly, possess a pleasant phone manner and have excellent customer service skills. Applicants must also be very computer literate. Duties include: answering phones, greeting clients, inputting and coordinating leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating with clients and data entry/database management. A minimum two years of experience is necessary.
