Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The clinic is open 7 days a week, we are closed only on statutory holidays

Shift hours:

Evenings: 4:30-9:30pm Monday-Thursday

With potential to cover other days and times (sick and vacation coverage for other receptionists)

Morgan Creek Family Chiropractic in South Surrey is looking to add a Part Time Receptionist to our busy clinic. The suitable candidate should be professional, personable, reliable, detail oriented with excellent communication skills and a great multi tasker. The ideal candidate would have relevant experience related to working as a receptionist or having been in employed in the service industry. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Experience with JANE and ICBC/WBC billing an asset. English fluency, spoken and written is a must.

Basic duties include:

Welcoming patients in a cheerful, friendly manner, educating patients about the services offered.

Managing the phones in a busy environment.

Scheduling patients and general word processing.

Processing insurance payments.

Collecting and processing payment from Patients

Managing schedules

Monitoring and responding to emails.

Operating washer/dryer and folding laundry

Key holder position

Opening and closing procedures
