Position Overview: Reporting to the Supervisor of Membership, this position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members, potential members and the public.
Duties:
- Serve as a role model to members, volunteers and staff by demonstrating our YMCA values.
- Provide up-to-date information to members and prospective members in person, on the phone, and by email.
- Offer tours to prospective members and answer any questions they have about our programs and services.
- Master our membership software to sell, cancel, and suspend memberships.
- Help members and the public navigate our online platforms.
- Complete general office duties as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to our participants and members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Able to work flexible hours – early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Confidence in using a computer to complete tasks and proficient in data entry.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset
- A criminal record check is required as a condition of employment
- Standard First Aid and Basic Rescuer CPR (within 60 days of hire)
