Inside Sales Representative needed in Poco

As a valuable member of CustomAir, the Inside Sales position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to;

• Answer the phone and communicate with customers
• Communicate with the sales team
• Take customer requests via telephone and email
• Follow-up with customers and potential customers
• Data input into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and respect.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Respond to RFQ's, RFP's;
• Follow strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Prepare and follow up on submitted quotations.
• Deals with account issues.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to be a team player as well as work independently with limited direction. HVAC knowledge is strongly recommended, although we are willing to train the right person with a passion to learn the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
