Inside Sales Representative

Duties:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective cleints.
• Identify and qualify leads for potential business opportunities
• Collaborate with the Real estate sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Utilize CRM software to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database

Skills:

• A minimum of 3 year of successful sales or related customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based sales role
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of calls and emails
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to excel both independently and within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
