Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Position Description
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to elevate the customer experience to a premium level. This role is integral to a team evaluated on customer interactions and reviews, prioritizing meaningful connections over mere sales targets. The right individual will have the opportunity to help shape our customers' experience and be an important part of our growing team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and support. Your contributions to the team’s success will involve:
- Exemplary Customer Engagement:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and with genuine care
- Establishing a rapport (that is borderline personal) with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences
- Tailoring product recommendations to meet individual customer requirements
- Efficient CRM Management:
- Meticulously managing customer data in the CRM system
- Utilizing CRM insights to provide personalized and anticipatory customer service
- Implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer journey
- Premium Sales Transactions:
- Possess the ability to help a customer through the sales process seamlessly
- Ensuring customers receive detailed information about our premium products
- Providing additional support or information to customers during the purchasing process
- Proactive Customer Follow-Up:
- Proactively following up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction
- Addressing any concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Seeking feedback to improve and refine the customer experience continually
- Exceeding Customer Expectations:
- Managing customer expectations and consistently delivering beyond those expectations
- Offering personalized solutions that showcase our commitment to excellence

- Actively engaging in the Kaizen process to refine and elevate the premium customer experience
- Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement

- Identifying opportunities for upselling premium products based on customer preferences

Fundamental Skills
- Proficient in operating Google Workspace and Microsoft tools
- Strong proficiency in English
- Previous experience using CRM Systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Mountain Bikes and current bike products
- Willingness to learn and invest in enhancing skills and knowledge
