Mern Full Stack Developer

webdew is currently in search of an experienced and skilled MERN Full Stack Developer who can bring their expertise and passion for web development to our vibrant team. We are eagerly looking for someone who not only possesses the technical prowess required for the role but also embodies the collaborative spirit and innovative mindset that defines our dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development:

• Senior MERN Stack Developer (3-5 Years)




• Spearheaded the development and maintenance of web applications utilizing the MERN stack.




• Ensure the technical feasibility and seamless integration of UI/UX designs.




• Database Management:




• Design, implement, and administer MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance.




• Fine-tune database operations to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.




• API Development:




• Construct robust and scalable RESTful APIs leveraging Node.js.




• Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services as required.




• Front-End Development:




• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js.




• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional elements.




• Code Quality and Testing:




• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code to maintain application integrity.




• Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and robustness.




• Version Control and Deployment:




• Employ version control systems like Git for effective code management.




• Execute seamless deployments to cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent.




• Collaboration and Communication:




• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and fellow developers.




• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in MLS & IDX integrations.




• Experience working within the real estate industry, particularly in North America.




• Qualifications:




• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.




• Demonstrated experience as a Senior MERN Stack Developer.




• Strong command of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.




• Leadership acumen with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.




• Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with strategic thinking.




• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.




• Shift timings : 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM (IST)
