Under the direction of a Tobacco Enforcement Officer, the Minor Test Shopper purchases or attempts to purchase tobacco or vapour products at retail outlets. The Minor Test Shopper observes and notes the physical appearance of the sales clerk(s) and records the details of the transaction as well as appears in court as a witness to provide testimony for formal prosecutions, administrative hearings or the defense of violation tickets issued by a Tobacco and Vapour Enforcement Officer.
The hourly wage for this position is $20.00/hour

The main industries in Terrace are communications, transportation, and natural resources. The population is approximately 12,700. Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age and no older than the age of majority (19 years) and a full time student with experience in public speaking or oral presentations. Must possess a valid government issued photo identification card.
