Mover/Driver

Duties and Responsibilities:
We specialize in Senior Move Managing and we are always looking for exceptional people to join our team!

We help older adults with downsizing their belongings, packing in preparation for moving, unpacking and resettling their home after they have moved, and of course, the actual moving process. The ideal candidate is attracted to excellent customer service, attention to detail and flexible scheduling. You will be required to lift 35-50 lbs regularly as the job is very physical. You are a team player, self-motivated, a problem solver and above all, you are reliable! We provide training to learn packing processes, proper lifting techniques and loading strategies. If you have a caring nature for people transitioning to a new home / living arrangement, you may be a great fit for our company!

• Must commit to providing exceptional customer service to our customers, packing efficiently, respecting the property of the customer, and the contractual time obligations.
• MUST be reliable - arrive on time and be respectful of the team
• Experience is moving household goods is preferred.
• Have an understanding that there may be different start and finish times dependent on the customer's needs and that you would be required to work until the completion of the job.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor with employees and our customers, a respectful work environment, and respect and empathy for our clients.
• Insurance requirements are such that only those over 25 are allowed to drive. Clean drivers abstract is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• delivery driving: 1 year (required)
