The New Sales Representative will be a key team member at a Brand new condo sales project in Blue Mountain Village and will be responsible for execution of residential sales across a growing portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to ensure the success of all pre-construction sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will assist in improving systems, maximizing value, and developing efficiencies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Knowledge in the pre-construction, resale and rental markets.
- Consult with clients and brokers to discover investment and home buying goals, and guide them toward the right product to suit their needs.
- Reply to leads in a timely fashion
- Attend team related obligations
- Maintain standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO
- Great knowledge of Toronto and Northern Real estate markets with focus on the Pre-construction Industry
- Confidence while leading and negotiating
- Demonstrates professionalism and product knowledge

Salary: From $55,335.00 per year
