Now Hiring Labourers For Snow Removal

Is currently looking for crew members
Duties include shoveling and operating backpack blowers and ice melting
This is a Part-Time/ On-Call position due to the nature of our work being completely weather dependent. Number one requirement: You are available for all snow days.
We do residential snow clearing of driveways, sidewalks, walkways etc.
Equipment to be used back pack blowers, snow throwers, scrapers, shovels.
This is not a heavy equipment position. You will need to be able to get to our shop in Millet
You will also need to have winter boots and warm clothing for all conditions.
Experience is great, but we will train for the right person.
Valid drivers license and clean abstract is also a plus but not a must.
Pay starts at $18/hour. Pay will go up if you work out . There is a strong possibility of the position turning into year round doing lawn maintenance in the summer. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TO DO PHYSICAL LABOUR NO NEED TO APPLY
This position does not work for everyone because it is weather dependent and lacks a firm schedule.

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class G Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Millet, AB (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Millet, AB: Relocate before starting work (required)
