We are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our smaller, locally owned and operated family business.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Customer relations through phone, email, and in person
- Preparing and revising sales contracts
- Scheduling trailer pickups
- Licensing paperwork
- Registering warranties
- Preparing service sheets
- Responsible for parts and service invoicing
- Social media posts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be detail and service oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and work in a customer service-based environment.
- Proficient computer skills (fluent in Microsoft Office)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and organized
- A team player
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong ethics
- Dedicated to excellence
- Experience with Office Administration is an asset
