We have 5 locations across southwestern Ontario.
Our dealership between Stratford and Sebringville has a contract position available.
Job Description:
. Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping and complete banking transactions.
. Follow up as required on overdue receivable accounts.
. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
. Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, and personal computers.
. Maintain and update filing and inventory systems, both manually and using a computer.
. Open, sort and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail.
. Order office supplies, and run errands as needed.
. Administer all aspects of the warranty claim flow including claim writing, warranty parts return, warranty account reconciliation, and warranty appeals.
. Keep accurate records of customer surveys.
. Review and close service shop work orders and prepare warranty claims for submission to the manufacturer.
Job Requirements:
. High School Diploma
. Entry level accounting knowledge
. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.
. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
. Must have valid driver’s license
. Technical knowledge of agricultural equipment is an asset.

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
