Fixtures Plumbing is looking for Office Administrator and Sales Associate who is well organized.
Schedule: Full Time – Permanent Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Duties, but not limited to:
- First point of contact for customers answering phones, emails, incoming and outgoing mail, and showroom sales
- Organizing water turn on & off for seasonal clients
- Accounts receivable (creating work orders, invoicing, receiving payments, & depositing)
- Administrator for benefits
- Filing
- Administrator for apprenticeship program
- Receiving, and tagging incoming inventory
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Computer literate
- Organization skills are a must
- Proficient in MS word & power point
- Program knowledge in Quick books desktop is an asset
- Basic product knowledge in plumbing fixtures (willing to teach)
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to sell
- Must have own transportation and Driver’s License
- Ability to work alone and with a team
