Office Administrative Assistant

Job description:

Rush Delivery Ltd. is hiring for one full-time Office Administrative Assistant.

Work Location: 2950 Sidoni Ave, Abbotsford, BC - V2T 5J8

Wages: $27.50 per hour

Weekly Hours: 30 Hours

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Requirement:

Completion of High school is required.

Completion of any post secondary program or at least 1 year of related experience is required.

Duties:

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage contracts
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Respond to employee questions and complaints
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Oversee payroll administration
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Perform data entry
• Provide customer service
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
