We are looking for a professional with experience in office administration and facilitating support services to office management. This position supports the work of the Office Manager, Estimator and Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and email inquiries
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Managing Service and Sales dispatch systems
- Proficient in operating Sage50 accounting software
- Solid understanding of business basics (AR & AP) in order to complete general clerical duties (invoicing, packing slips, purchase orders, etc.)
- Maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
- Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are up to date
- Performing miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned
Essential Skills / Job Requirements:
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- PC proficient with high efficiency typing
- Work independently and as a team member
- Efficiently multitask for optimal productivity
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Resourceful and quick to learn new skills
Experience:
- 5 years or more in an Office Administration role
- Experience with Sage50 accounting software is a must
