BOSS Staffing is looking for an experienced Administrative Order Desk Clerk for our client in Brampton. They are conveniently located at Queen/Airport.

Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Payrate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Depending on Experience

Job Requirements:

· Must have knowledge and experience Order desk and admin work

· Strong Customer Service Skills, experience dealing with high end clients

· Experience order taking various building supplies

· Supervisory/Team Lead experience and asset

· Willingness to learn

· Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal –

· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Job Duties:

· Order entry

· Optimization of order for production

· Field customer enquires

· General office administration

· Assist with fabrication programming

· Lead office team and assist as needed

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2yr+ experience.
