Job Description:
Your main duties and responsibilities will be to:
Office Administrator:
- Manage the front desk, answering phones, taking messages, responding to inquiries
- Filing of payable, receivables, employee folders, and job file documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence Creating work orders
- Caring for the office and making sure it is presentable always
- Filing, scanning and keeping the records of the documents
- Create invoices in a timely manner and apply accounts receivables invoices
- Emailing the invoices and transaction receipt to the customers
- Manage accounts receivable collections and following up on overdue invoices
- Manage certificate of insurances
- Manage maintenance manuals & tech data sheets
- Maintain accounts receivable payment portals
- Enter credit card charges and petty cash vouchers/receipts
Qualifications and Skills
- Post-Secondary Education
- 1 -2 years’ experience in an administrative position
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office
- The ability to multi task and learn fast
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
