Koolmees Equipment INC is a leading dealership taking pride in selling quality and reliable agricultural and construction equipment. We are seeking an Office Administrator. This is a very multi-functional job with different everyday tasks.
Daily functions may include:
- Bookkeeping (Sage50) - incl. payroll, acc. payable/receivable, invoicing, quoting, bank reconciliation, government remittances
-Assisting in sales
-Ordering parts/promotional materials
-Sending out packages
-Keeping showroom area clean
-Other varying tasks
*Office/Shop location is 10 minutes South of Woodstock on Hwy 59 (Holbrook)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
