Daily Responsibilities
- Back up bookkeeper (Quickbooks or equivalent, minimum 2 year experience - no need to apply without this required experience)
- Support General Manager and VP
- Oversee day to day office procedures (ie - customer quotes, orders, shipping, quality control)
- Oversee inventory levels
- Corresponding with supplier
- Corresponding with Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheet
- Ensure office runs efficiently and effectively in our busy work environment
- Additional daily task based duties, upon demand

- Illustrator or equivalent an asset
