Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee budgeting and financial activities, including expense tracking and reporting
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Skills:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
