Responsibilities:
- Purchase materials and coordinate delivery to the job sites
- Manage phone calls and correspondence all e-mails
- Support billing and payment processing
- Manage agendas and travel arrangements
-Manage social media pages
-Collecting worksheet hours and report it to the accountant
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
-Journal entries
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a construction field is preferred
-High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
-Familiarity with QuickBooks
