Responsibilities Include:

• Enter customers orders into our our internal software program
• Verify that all order specifications are accurate, and email customers their order confirmations
• Respond to customer emails and questions in a helpful and timely manner
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their requests

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Basic knowledge of fractions and decimals
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
