Front office administrative position as a property manager in a social housing co-op setting.
Duties will include:
- prepare reports for board of directors, attend monthly board meeting
- complete rent calculations for rent geared to income tenants/members
- complete move in, internal transfer, and move-out procedures
- collect rent and follow up on outstanding arrears
- prepare cheques to pay invoices and vendors
- assign and follow up on work orders
- make arrangements for repairs
- familiar with WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK
- address inquiries from the public, members and contractors
- entry-level position, office setting, on the job training
Vehicle and valid driver's license required
Ability to speak and write French an asset to position

Salary: From $18.50 per hour
