ELMERS FLIGHTING SUPPLY INC. is located 20 km West of Owen Sound, Ontario in Bruce County. We are a small family business that manufactures and repairs augers for the agricultural and commercial industries. We operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. No weekends
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Oversee general office operations and ensure efficient functioning
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed
- Payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Responsible for managing and processing accounts payable and receivable
- Reporting and paying government remittances
- Process bank reconciliations
Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and clerical tasks
- Experience with Job Boss inventory management system, or other inventory management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing accounts payable, and receivable
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
