Office Administrator

Step into the realm of construction and become a part of our team of highly skilled coordinators. Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. is in search of a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our office team starting in February/March of 2024 for the Roofing and Exteriors season.

In this role, you'll engage with our wonderful customers, addressing their queries, emails, and meeting them in person to discuss their roofing and exteriors projects. Your tasks will involve finalizing contracts, coordinating job schedules with our coordinators, all within a vibrant office environment.

No prior background in roofing or exteriors construction is necessary for this unique position. However, we are looking for someone who possesses:

Your primary responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

- Handling phone calls and emails from customers

- Conducting meetings with customers to discuss their upcoming projects

- Managing day-to-day office tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and material ordering

You'll collaborate closely with our team of coordinators to provide mutual support within the divisions. This is a fresh role, and we're seeking an individual who is self-assured and dedicated, ready to contribute their expertise to our team and enhance our services. With our rapid growth, we anticipate reaching a workforce of over 90 employees for the 2024 season. We offer a competitive salary with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6 am and concluding as late as 6 pm (typical shift in Sudbury is 8 am to 5 pm).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
