We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Possess strong logistical capabilities
