Job description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Part time position (approx. 21hrs/week)
  • Must be very knowledgeable in Quickbooks Desktop Pro
  • All Accounts Receivable (AR) – invoicing
  • All Accounts Payable (AP) – expense/purchases, disbursements
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Gathering and update project data during project execution track expenses for job costing
  • Answering calls and directing accordingly
  • Administrative duties (photo copies, filing, emails etc.)
  • Organize bank deposits and courier shipments, trips to bank and courier drop offs
  • Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
  • Administrative/clerical support to COO and CEO as requested
  • Greet visitors and take care of reception

This position is in-office and a work-from-home option is not available. This position is part-time only, but hours could increase based on office requirement

Schedule: Part-time Tues, Wed, Thurs. Hours: approx. 21 hrs per week
