Responsibilities and Duties:
- Part time position (approx. 21hrs/week)
- Must be very knowledgeable in Quickbooks Desktop Pro
- All Accounts Receivable (AR) – invoicing
- All Accounts Payable (AP) – expense/purchases, disbursements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
- Gathering and update project data during project execution track expenses for job costing
- Answering calls and directing accordingly
- Administrative duties (photo copies, filing, emails etc.)
- Organize bank deposits and courier shipments, trips to bank and courier drop offs
- Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
- Administrative/clerical support to COO and CEO as requested
- Greet visitors and take care of reception
This position is in-office and a work-from-home option is not available. This position is part-time only, but hours could increase based on office requirement
Schedule: Part-time Tues, Wed, Thurs. Hours: approx. 21 hrs per week
